A discussion on what a mild ankle sprain is and how to treat it.

Mild ankle sprains are very common, but can lead to longer term problems if not treated correctly from the start. Many people are too aggressive after spraining their ankle, and this can lead to a worsening of the sprain, and possibly instability of the ankle in the years to come. This video will talk about how a mild ankle sprain can be treated. A future video on more serious ankle sprains will soon follow.
