Everyone Hates this Task!  How to avoid Foot/Ankle Injuries

It's that time of year for some and it's hard on your feet and ankles. Prevention is key. Wear supportive shoes with arch support. Use good lifting techniques. Pace yourself and don't overdo it. Overuse is common while moving homes which can lead to conditions such as heel pain, ankle pain, sprains, or fractures. If you find yourself with unrelenting pain, there's good news! These are treatable and I will get you back on your feet faster. Back to doing what you enjoy.
