Dr. Graves is a native Hoosier with strong roots in central Indiana. Originally from Kokomo, he received his bachelors in Biology and Chemistry from St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University in Iowa. While in Des Moines, Dr. Graves developed a passion for medical missions and research. He traveled to El Salvador to serve a medically needy population as well as continues to author scholarly journals. Dr. Graves completed his podiatric medicine and surgery residency at the University of Florida Health-Jacksonville with an emphasis on rear foot reconstructive and ankle surgery where he served as Chief Resident.
He is active in many professional organizations. Dr. Graves has a dedication for getting his patients back on their feet faster; back to doing what they enjoy. He is professionally interested in diabetic foot care, wound care, minimally invasive surgical techniques, diagnostic ultrasound, community and global medicine, and delivery of responsible healthcare. Additionally, he enjoys completing research and speaking at local and national meetings. Dr. Graves is excited to be back in central Indiana serving the foot and ankle needs with Indiana Podiatry Group.
Personally, Dr. Graves is married with two children. He enjoys spending time with his wife and playing with his young children. While not at work, you can find Dr. Graves at local sporting events and community activities. He is an avid Notre Dame fan and spends time cycling, woodworking, and tinkering with home improvements.
