MY FEET HURT AND I WANT RELIEF
Foot pain is NOT normal!
Your should never have to suffer through foot pain. Many people assume that it is normal, and part of life. The fact of the matter is that foot pain is never normal. Your feet are built to withstand a lifetime of use, and should remain pain free in the process. When pain is present, that means some thing is WRONG, and needs to be fixed.
The foot is incredibly complex, both from an anatomy standpoint and a functional standpoint. Its function is to support and propel the body during motion, and all parts must work together to allow this to happen. When there is a breakdown in that process, such as when part of the foot becomes injured, the foot will not work as well and pain will develop in the injured part. Foot pain can be caused by numerous different problems. Some of the more common problems include:
heel pain due to plantar fasciitis
pain from tendon injuries and ligament sprains
ingrown toenails
warts
pinched nerves (neuromas)
bone fractures
foot deformities that are irritated in shoes, like bunions and hammertoes
arthritis
poor circulation
