The Patient Portal is an online service that provides patients secure access to their health information.

Need to register for the Patient Portal? Click Register as a New User on the login page to send an account request to our practice.
Our Patient Portal gives you online access to your medical information so you can:
- Request appointments.
- Pay bills online from home.
- Request prescription refills. Send a refill request for any of your refillable medications.
Once registration for an account with our Patient Portal is complete, a request will be sent to our practice to accept your account registration. You will then receive an email indicating your account has been activated and you will be provided with a link to login. First time users will need to add their demographic and insurance information.
In order for our practice to receive new or updated information, account users must click Send Information from their Patient Portal Dashboard.
Please note that the Patient Portal should never be used in emergent situations. If you have an emergency, please call 911.
