Made of better, more supportive material that can accommodate an insert inside it, this shoe serves as an excellent house shoe for those with foot conditions that need around-the-clock orthotic use (as opposed to walking barefoot at home), or for those diabetics who need an extra depth shoe that can fit a diabetic insole, and don't want to wear their regular diabetic shoes in the home.
